I recently used Yelp to find a plumber to fix a leaking drain valve at my apartment. Yelp connected me with 7 prospective businesses. The Drain Kings team were thorough in reviewing the project details and photos I sent over. This stood out because other providers asked repetitive questions and/or had other obstacles like needing to get on a phone call (when I was concurrently messaging 7 businesses & they all had same info), or wanting to do a house call to diagnose & quote (when I already identified issue with manufacturer).

They quickly gave me a quote & shared their availability via message so that I could reach out at my convenience (as I was waiting for the part to be delivered from the manufacturer). They weren't the "cheapest" but in range ($25 more) and they saved me time and effort with their professionalism so I knew I could trust their service!

I loved that Drain Kings was also available by phone and let me know that they could actually come a day before my initial appointment, which was great because I was heading out of town the next day!

They called Drain Kings who came out within hours and we're able to fix the problem with minutes. Given the simplicity of the fix, they waived all charges. Certainly nice people!

  Professional and honest.  They weren't able to clear one of my drains due to the pipe being broken from roots, which was a bummer.  But they communicated with me on the timing of when they would show up, they worked hard and knew what they were doing and their equipment seemed high quality.  I will use them again if needed in the future.

Before calling drain kings I tried using 2 other companies to help me locate exactly where the leak in my home was coming from but I had no luck with either company and just a waste of money. They were honestly so professional and they provided infrared pics and videos with a full report of exactly where the leaks were coming from. Thank you for all your help!!

  We had some plumbing items that needed to be addressed in our Van Nuys townhouse.  Tiago and Enrique were prompt and helpful on separate visits, and explained the work thoroughly to me and the tenants.  I would work with Drain Kings again.

  Drain kings was beyond impressive, their technician came out today to take a look at a leaky faucet I had in the bath tub, he was just supposed to come out and give me an estimate and then we were going to schedule when the work would be done. Instead he took one look at my problem and was like "I can knock this out now if you want". 2 hours later my problem was solved. I am beyond happy with the work that they did and the prompt service is exceptional. I would recommend them for any plumbing work you need done. Thanks drain kings.

I am redoing my master bathroom and had all the old drain lines exposed and ready to clear. The company had an emergency gas line leak with a major client and needed to postpone when they were coming out.
they kept in constant communication and set a new time for the next day and showed up as promised.
as always Enrique was prompt friendly and very helpful with talking thru all the old drain lines and even helping lay out a new plumbing schematic for the most efficient way to drain all the fixtures. 2 sinks. shower. spa tub and toilet.
this is now my go to service for all my plumbing needs and i share their info with all my neighbors and clients

  Drain Kings is one of the best Plumbing companies I have encountered thus far. The gals Danette and Briana in the office were extremely sweet and super helpful. They walked me though everything and even helped me get financing for my project. Tiago was the plumber that came out, and was extremely knowledgeable. He beat 3 other bids and did so without ripping up my whole yard with some sort of "trenchless technology". It was done quickly and the price was reasonable. Thank you Drain Kings.

  I am in escrow, selling my home, and the buyer sent a vendor for a sewer inspection and a proposal to correct any issues. They provided a video and what I thought was a crazy number to correct a gap between my drain line and the city line.

I provided the video of the inspection to Drain Kings. They provided an initial estimate which was much more reasonable than the other company's but subject to confirmation once they had the opportunity to perform an inspection themselves (as opposed to only relying on what the prior company recorded).

Tiago was able to come out the very next day to confirm the problems and was spot on with what was previously proposed ($) to fix the problem. While the other guys use more traditional means to access problems, Drain Kings explained to me that they've invested in newer tech to be able to make repairs that are minimally invasive (meaning less concrete broken for access, and therefore less concrete to replace).

Drain Kings have been fantastic and Tiago is not only extremely knowledgeable, but the right mix of professional and personable. We are now scheduling the repair work.
